Hi, I'm Victoria Donates.
I started Enero 1 because I believe conflict doesn't have to be the end of something. More often than not, it's the beginning of a conversation that was long overdue.
As a mediator, I bring clarity and calm to some of life's most difficult moments. I created Enero 1 to make that kind of support available to everyone, not just those who can afford a lawyer or a lengthy court process. Every session I facilitate also contributes to building smarter, more human conflict-resolution tools for the future.

My Story
My path into mediation started with a simple realization: most conflicts aren't about who's right. They're about who feels unheard.
I became fascinated by what happens when people are finally given the space to speak and be understood. The shift is remarkable. Tension dissolves. Solutions appear. People who couldn't be in the same room start finding common ground.
That discovery drove me to found Enero 1, where human-centered mediation meets the future of conflict resolution. With every session, I'm not just helping people find peace today. I'm contributing to research that could help technology better understand the nuance of human communication, so that one day, the tools we all rely on can meet us with a little more empathy and a little more understanding.
